Julia grew up in the little town of Eatonville, Washington surrounded by various ranches and equestrian facilities and decided to begin her journey to becoming an equine bodyworker herself after a couple of years gaining experience and knowledge as an equine caretaker. She took her time researching all of the available programs and Langley Equine Studies was the clear choice for the quality of service she wanted to provide.  This program is extremely extensive and provides well-rounded training for professionals in the industry. Julia also has training from Celeste Lazaris in the Balance Through Movement Method development training and Lazaris Nerve Release Technique. Julia’s goal has always been to give a voice to each horse she has the privilege of working on and strives to help them reach their full potential with every session.

Mission statement

My mission as an equine massage therapist is to cultivate physical soundness and advocate for mental well-being in horses, believing firmly in the interconnectedness of a horse’s body and mind. Through specialized massage techniques and modalities, I strive to create a environment of peace and safety that not only alleviates physical strain but also promotes mental peace. This approach is essential in bringing out a horse’s best potential, whether in competitive arenas or as cherished companions.
